All managed IT services and cloud architecture implementations are governed by specific Master Services Agreements executed between PACE Technical Services and the client organization.
Intellectual Property
All website content, proprietary diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of PACE Technical Services Inc.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate network documentation, timely access for scheduled maintenance, and cooperation during incident investigation.
Limitation of Liability
PACE Technical Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party software failures or unauthorized external cyber attacks.
